kbdd Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

By accessing the kbdd website at kbdd.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service offered by kbdd, you enter into a legally binding agreement with kbdd and confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the kbdd platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the kbdd platform, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the site without an account. They govern your use of the casino games, sportsbook, live betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other feature or service made available on the kbdd platform.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version shall be the authoritative text. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kbdd operates.

To open and use a kbdd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are accessing the kbdd platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of kbdd, or a close family member of any such person.
• You are not self-excluded from the kbdd platform or from any other online gambling platform where self-exclusion programmes are reciprocally recognised.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual may hold only one kbdd account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If kbdd identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

kbdd conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit a government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. kbdd may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbdd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• Use a strong, unique password for your kbdd account and do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable new-device SMS verification where prompted by the kbdd platform.
• Contact kbdd support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

kbdd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. kbdd may freeze an account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected, and may require additional identity verification before reinstating access.

All kbdd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kbdd does not apply currency conversion fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. All monetary amounts displayed on the kbdd platform are in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

kbdd currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account. kbdd does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before they will be processed.

kbdd reserves the right to perform additional checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. kbdd may delay or decline a withdrawal pending the outcome of such checks. Processing times stated above apply to verified accounts under normal operating conditions; kbdd does not guarantee processing speeds and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

kbdd offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit, along with ongoing weekly reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement (and in the event of conflict, take precedence over) these general Terms & Conditions with respect to that specific offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all kbdd promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal can be requested from the resulting balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated on the relevant promotion page. Live sports bets, live casino games and certain slot categories may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
• kbdd reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if it has reason to believe the player has obtained or is attempting to obtain the bonus in bad faith or in breach of these terms.

• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or from any individual account.
• Settle bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing authority, FIFA).

kbdd reserves the right to perform retrospective reviews of any bet or game session where irregularities are suspected. Where a review determines that a bet was placed or a game was played in breach of these terms, kbdd may void the relevant bets, reclaim winnings, and take further action including account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbdd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity documents, opening accounts in another person's name, or using stolen payment method credentials.
• Underage gambling — any attempt by a person under the age of 21 to register or use a kbdd account.
• Multiple accounts — opening more than one kbdd account per individual, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Collusion — communicating with other players during live casino games or coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploitation of errors — taking advantage of any technical error, miscalculated odds, or software glitch. Any winnings derived from manifest errors will be voided.
• Money laundering — using the kbdd platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds for the purpose of disguising their illegal origin. kbdd maintains an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable law.
• Match fixing and insider trading — placing bets based on non-public information, or any involvement in the fixing of sporting events.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith after receiving services from kbdd.

All content on the kbdd platform — including but not limited to the kbdd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kbdd or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kbdd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or transmit any kbdd content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the kbdd platform or its underlying software.
• Create derivative works based on kbdd content.
• Use kbdd branding or trademarks in any manner that could suggest endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms in addition to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kbdd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the kbdd platform, or any product or service provided by kbdd shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kbdd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kbdd is not liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the kbdd website.
• Losses resulting from the suspension, interruption or termination of the kbdd platform or any game or market.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa or Mastercard.
• Losses resulting from events outside kbdd's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, or civil unrest.

kbdd collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email address, payment method details, and identity documents. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the kbdd platform.

kbdd does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your continued use of the kbdd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

kbdd may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• kbdd is required to do so by applicable law or by a regulatory instruction.
• kbdd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account.
• You request self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending identity verification checks.
